Njoy Spirits Distillery on Florida’s Adventure Coast, Brooksville-Weeki Wachee
NJoy Spirits Distillery is a family operated Florida whiskey distiller in the heart of Florida’s Adventure Coast, Brooksville-Weeki Wachee.
They are centrally located on Florida’s Adventure Coast about 1 hour Northwest of Tampa. They are an 80-acre farm growing Sugar Cane for their Gold Award Winning Mermaid Rum and Rye Grain for the Gold Award Winning Wild Buck Whiskey.
Njoy offers a beer garden featuring local craft beers & Florida made wines. Bar is open on weekends only and does serve food. The facility offers distillery tours (reservations are not required for parties of 10 or less).
Hours of operation are Saturday and Sundays only from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (last tour time is 5:30). Samples of products are available. The gift shop has bottles for purchase, T-shirts, glasses, fresh baked goodies made daily. They also have bees on the property and fresh honey is available for purchase. Dogs are permitted on leash.
