⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about StatMed Urgent Care in Brooksville! About two weeks ago, I had an issue that required me to go to urgent care, and I saw Lori, APRN. She was so kind, patient, and understanding with me. Unfortunately, two days ago I had what I believe was an allergic reaction to something and had to go back. This time I saw Martin, PA, and once again, I was treated with nothing but kindness, patience, and understanding. Today, I had to call the office, and Kiki was wonderful. Lori also helped me again by taking care of a prescription over the phone and getting it sent over to my pharmacy. And I absolutely can’t forget Allie, the awesome young lady at the front desk who handles the intake and gets everything started. She is always so nice and welcoming. Honestly, every single person I’ve encountered there has been wonderful. If I accidentally left anyone out, I apologize, because the entire staff deserves recognition. Everyone makes you feel welcomed, listened to, and cared for. And can we talk about how CLEAN this place is?! This is probably the cleanest urgent care I’ve ever been to. It always smells super clean, everything is updated and well-maintained, and you can tell they are constantly cleaning. I also have major white-coat syndrome and get extremely anxious and worked up when I have to see a doctor. I can be a bit of a freak about it 🤪, but the staff here are so patient and understanding with me that they actually make me feel comfortable. That means A LOT to me. Thank you to the entire StatMed team for being so kind, professional, patient, and compassionate. You guys are awesome, and I truly appreciate the way you treat your patients. ❤️ 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been twice and very happy with them. Didn't have to wait long to see the doctor and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. My doctor is an hour away, StatMed is down the street from me and with my insurance it only cost $15. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I live out of state and got sick while I was down here. Went to StatMed Brooksville. The front desk was welcoming and so nice. My insurance is a pain and being out of state made it more complicated. The girls at the front desk did not give up until they got the info they needed and got me seen. I had no wait. The doctor and nurses and medical staff were so comforting and caring. I wish I got the front desk girls names! Thank you all for everything today. If you need urgent care in the Brooksville area, please make them your first choice!!

I’ve been having heart palpitations for a month. After struggling to find a primary doctor in my area who could see me faster than September, I decided to stop being patient and went to Urgent care. When I tell you this place is incredible, I wholeheartedly mean it. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by friendly faces and absolute kindness. They walked me through every test before starting any of them so I knew everything they were going to do to help me (shout out to Sky ((hope I spelled it right)) who was incredibly patient and so kind to me). When Martin walked into the room to go over my test results, he greeted me with a warm handshake and patiently went over my test results with me. He not only explained my results to me, but he also advised me on what steps I should take next. He even gave me the address and phone number of a primary care that won’t make me wait till September for an appointment! Throughout every single step, every single person made me feel like they genuinely cared and WANTED to help me. They were extremely efficient and there wasn’t a single moment where they made me feel like I was a burden or like they just wanted to rush me out of the place. I will never stop praising this Urgent Care. The ENTIRE staff are fantastic and caring and so so kind. I can’t thank them enough for all their help.

My wife was seen on 07/6/26 at around 745 PM. The staff was really nice to her and diagnosed her issue with her eye very fast. The first urgent care we arrived at was 7 PM when they closed at 8 turned us away. but you are treat patients not turn them away. Thank you for the service and the great hours
