I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Tim for doing the most amazing job on my blood draws the last two visits!! He doesn’t even leave a bruise and is so gentle!! All staff were helpful, kind, and productive. I was seen quickly and had a prescription sent less than an hour from making the appointment online. The holiday decor (Valentine's day) was a wonderful touch. I loved the checkout desk too. The entire office is clean and organized. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care!

Everyone was helpful, from the lovely receptionist, to the triage nurse, to the nurse Carrie, to the physician's assistant. You all were so wonderful. It is such a pleasure to have a great experience at a healthcare facility. I really appreciate the time, effort, fast, efficient, and quality care you all provided. You even went above and beyond to complete a special request for the absent excuse I needed to provide to my job. I brought my son there back in January and he was treated and helped with just as much professionalism and excellent care. I will highly recommend Care One of Brooksville to anyone that needs urgent care.

No one wants to be sick and have to go get care, especially when services today are not up to par but I experienced high quality service on last evening at this Care One Urgent Care facility. I was in distress from respiratory issues and I was taken care of with such care and concern by Dr Brown and his entire staff and today which you don’t always see when you are being seen medically. So please stay true to your professionalism and I hope great things for you all and thankfully I feel better this morning. Blessings

My experience at this location was phenomenal! I understand it could be busier another time, but I was literally seen in well under 30 minutes even without an appointment! Everyone was friendly starting with the front desk greeting! When taken to the back, I was seen by Jackie Szydlowski and she was fantastic! Very personable while still being proactive in her approach of how she wanted to tackle my early symptoms before they became anything more serious! I’ve got vacation to go on soon and the whole office said, “There’s no way we will have you going on vacation sick.” They understood my concerns and delivered a happy “sick” customer home to recover! I obviously hope I’m not ever sick again lol but if I am, I’ll know where to go!
