My stylist Aleisha was phenomenal! I was recommended to her by a friend and had also stumbled across her Instagram @aleisha.scissorhands where she showcased beautiful haircuts and color work. It has been a long time since I’ve been so a traditional salon and I’ve been swayed into coming back to her for all of my hair work! She was so sweet and kinda and really seemed to have my best needs at heart. I felt comfortable for the duration of my visit and ended up leaving so happy with my hair results! (I was never able to get the blonde color I liked at home). As someone with curly hair, haircuts are usually my worst nightmare but she made it so easy and perfect. I would highly recommend Aleisha at leaf aveda for any of your hair needs!

Incredible service. My appointment was today and Ally was my stylist. She knew exactly what I wanted from the photo I showed her and gave me a beautiful and refreshing cut. The conversation was delightful as well. Such a lovely experience overall. Also have to give kudos to the ladies who greeted me when I walked in and offered a complementary glass of wine. Thank you all who made my time today very pleasant.

7/10/26. I first had Terrance give me a haircut and style shortly before Xmas last year. Fabulous. I was quoted $35 and gave Terrance $20 tip due to upcoming holiday. Had Terrance do my hair again the middle of March. I gave him $10 tip and went to pay the $35 and was told it was now $45.00, Terrance had gone up a level. I wanted to give them the extra $10, but they said no. My daughter then went in and bought hair products from them to make me feel better. I was scheduled for July 1 w/Terrance and got a phone call on 6/29 that Terrance no longer worked on Wednesdays. I scheduled to have Michael cut my hair on July 1 at 1:00 p.m. Okay, I'm 96 yrs of age with bm problems. That day I had lab work done at 10:30 am down the road from the salon. We ate lunch at Culvers and finished at 11:30 am. I wasn't feeling well that day and felt even worse after lunch, so my daughter drove us over to the salon, 11:45 am, and went in to tell them I had to cancel. I had to pay a $50 cancellation fee. AND what is this level business? The higher the level the better your hair will look and the more costly? Terrance does great work but I won't be going back.
