Had my nails done by Val and they are amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and asked me what I wanted. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted every step of the way. She did a fabulous job! The atmosphere was calming as well. I am usually intimidated by nail salon etc. , but I felt so at ease here. I highly reccomend. Theu have other services as well, and I think I am going to do that another time for sure!

I had a massage at this spa previously, and while it was a good experience, I wasn’t completely impressed. My husband, however, had been telling me how amazing his massage with Randy was, so I decided to book an appointment for myself—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I met Randy, he made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. He is incredibly intuitive and really knows how to read the body. He immediately knew the perfect amount of pressure for me and made the entire experience feel personalized. The aromatherapy, sugar scrub, and hot stones were all wonderful additions, but honestly, Randy made all the difference. His technique, professionalism, and ability to make you feel completely at ease truly stood out. He is definitely a keeper! My husband already has another massage booked with Randy for next week, and I’m already looking forward to mine for next month. I would highly recommend a therapeutic massage with Randy to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and personalized experience. You won’t be disappointed!

***Update*** We went back for a couple massage redo with Kari and Pam and they were amazing. Would highly recommend these two. I get rock like knots in my shoulders and Pam did the best job getting them released. My husband hasn't felt my shoulders this loose in a long time. Pam has an amazing technique. Kari got my husband's pressure just right and says it was easily one of the best massages he's had in the almost 20 years we have been getting them done. We scheduled our next date night with them doing our messages and can't wait. Definitely changed our minds on the Essentials in Spring Hill. Got a couples massage for me and my husband. I wanted deep tissue with a focus on my neck and shoulders and he wanted therapeutic. My massage was not deep tissue and my neck and shoulders were the least thing worked on. Meanwhile my husband says he felt like the guy was trying to kill him with the pressure. I think they mixed up who wanted what. We both left very disappointed in the service after spending over $300.

I booked a massage and facial, they were both fantastic! Booking was easy and I would highly recommend Pam for your massage and Jennifer for your facial. The only downside is that I was given a different number to call for a pedicure and I never received a response back and ended up having to book at a different location.
