Joe OskoI'm now in my 60s lived in 3 different states and have dealt with a dozen or so pharmacies. Palmyra is by far the best one I've ever been to.Wish I would have found it sooner. Don't miss the big chain pharmacies at all and will never return to one of them . Won't miss the lines won't miss the tech turnover never there long enough to know who you are. This place doesn't take long to know your name As soon as they see you they know who you are . Reminds me of a little bit of old school atmosphere. I know I won't have to change pharmacies again

Richard ChellbergThis pharmacy is amazing! While at my doctor's office, I was told of a medication that I needed. I informed my doctor that my insurance company wouldn't cover it because of the cost. The doc sent me to Palmyra Pharmacy and as soon as I went in, they had my prescription ready and charged such a small amount that I didn't even have to use my insurance. They are kind, efficient, and understanding of my needs! I'll never use Walgreens again. No waiting and excellent service and care. Beverly Chellberg

Erika DawnThe best pharmacy ever! Literally the best ( and no I’m not paid to say that) they are fantastic!!!! Never have an issue getting my medicine, they are always super kind and super helpful! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I used to use them in Tampa and then they moved to Brooksville and I followed them here! I would drive anywhere just so they were my pharmacy! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
