Lucky Angels Nail is a pretty decent nail company. They have a points program and occasional discounts. However, I got a gel manicure done here and my nail polish started coming off on day 6. It is now off on 3 fingers. This is my second experience. My first experience, tap to pay did not work which is odd. It caused a lot of difficulty with the transaction. Also, the lady did not paint close enough to my nail base so it had a lifted look in a few days. She also missed the sides. So you have to make sure to tell them about the sides and other minor issues that can impact the entire look. The people here are nice and professional. I like that they provide tv and massage chairs. However, I don’t see myself paying 15 dollars again for gel on the hands just for my nails to lift and break in one week, especially when it should last atleast 2 weeks. I would come back for a basic mani and pedi every few months and maybe gel for a special occasion. But I don’t see myself being serviced by them on a monthly basis for gel nails just because of the lack of quality for the polish and the work done. The gel on the toe nails were done beautifully. Update: It has been about 3 weeks. The first 2 pictures are associated with the original review. The nails on my fingers had gotten way worse since the picture. Excessive peeling and chipping. Unusual experience. So I decided to just take them off. I literally was able to slide my finger nail under the nails and peel the polish off (as shown in the additional pictures). Good quality gel polish should not be able to just peel off. It should have to be soaked off. Gel nails usually just mainly lift further from the nail bed rather than excessively chip. So again, there is either flaws in the nail polish or the techniques that they used.

I used to get my nails done all the time. I eventually stopped getting them done because my nails were becoming so damaged and had become so sensitive. It wasn’t until recently that I decided I wanted to start getting them done again. My nails are extremely sensitive and typically the nail technician ends up hurting me. Since I have been coming to Lucky Nails, Tom Tom has been amazing. I can finally enjoy getting my nails done again. 10 out of 10 🏆👏 oh and they have the best massage chairs ✅
