💖 A Home Away From Home: Deep Gratitude for Your NICU We want to express our profound relief and heartfelt gratitude for the care our son received at your facility. We fought hard along side dr cartaya to transfer him from HCA trinity(worst nicu ever) , and frankly, the difference was life-changing. We got our son transferred to this facility from (hca trinity worst nicu ever) for several reasons: You offered better staffed, better care, a higher level of care and closer to home. From the moment we arrived, we were so happy with the level of care this NICU provided—you truly made us feel respected and dignified. This sentiment extended from the private room that offered us a peaceful sanctuary, right to the incredibly dedicated individuals like Dr. Cartaya and nurses. Thank you all! Y'all were all awesome in your own way. The person who made the most profound impact on our journey was undoubtedly Nurse Ronnie. She was exemplary in her efforts to assist me with everything I needed, but more importantly, she went above and beyond, truly allowing me to feel like a mother again. Her patient guidance and loving spirit coached me with different tactics to get our son to bottlefeed and breastfeed. This support was a priceless gift. I can't thank this NICU ENOUGH!!! You didn't just care for our son; you cared for our entire family with compassion and love.

My stay there started off a little chaotic and down a bumpy road but thanks to Heather and Tashy my stay on the labor and delivery floor was improved immensely. Heather and Tashy didn’t just see me as another patient they seen me as a person in a vulnerable state who trusted them and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. They stayed on top of everything and made me feel like a person. Christine and Alyssa whom I got to meet my last night were also amazing. I would love to give credit to those 4 wonderful women on the labor and delivery team who turned my experience around and provided excellent care especially Heather

Everyone at Oakhill was amazing. The delivery team was encouraging and sweet specifically Aislinn, Heather, and the midwife Cheryl! We had to spend a few days in NICU and Grace was super helpful with her experience of being a lactation consultant and her genuine care for my baby and I. She taught us so much that we were actually happy to have been in the NICU for our short time because we Learned so much! Dr Cartaya was personable and answered our questions thoroughly and without judgement. Our overall experience was wonderful!

Overall the best care!! The team on the 4th floor were awesome, I can't think of one time I needed someone and they weren't right there. Everyone from the transport guys to the Doctors was fantastic. Special shout out to the ladies in CT scan, they had to bend my arm ways that it didn't bent!! Shout out to all of the nursing staff. Thank you all for the wonderful care!!!

I was just released today after 3 days in the North Tower 5th Floor, I came into the ER on Sunday, I was quickly taken to triage, the Doctor & Nurse in ER were great, they very quickly assessed & admitted me. The entire staff on the 5th Floor were amazing! From the greeting i received as my wheelchair entered and passed by the desk staff, to the wonderful caring Nurses I had: Esbert & Brianna were incredible. The Cardiologist: Dr. Gary Fischer, was kind & honest, informed me, answered my questions & educated me. Wonderful doctor! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The entire staff was respectful & professional. Thank you is not enough for all the great care I received.
