I give this place a high rating because they really put effort into the service and food. My family and i enjoyed the cheese steaks 9/10 , the pizza is 7/10 and that is great for springhill they have consistently in their slices it was well done a nice crunch and this is coming from a Brooklyn girl. No i am not comparing that wouldn’t be fair. The Zeppoli’s are 6/10 i think the shape threw me off a little . It tasted ok i would fry it a little longer And the peanut butter cookie 6.8/10 not to bad 👌🏼 But definitely would eat here again! 💯

The staff is very friendly! I'm assuming it was the owner, but he was very friendly as well. The cheesesteak was very good. I couldn't finish the 9in. They actually got the hand cut fries crispy. You have a earned a regular. Will definitely return to try other sandwiches.

Did not get the Cheesesteak, I tried to find out what type of steak they used was only told it says sliced beef on box.. I did get the some pizza it had good taste a nice amount of cheese I would not want extra cheese, crust was pretty floppy even ordered well done.

Great cheesesteak. They have cooper sharp cheese as an option. I got mine with cherry peppers and mustard. The roll is soft and the staff are very friendly. The only request I would have is to please install a fountain for soda.

This is what I call a WOW experience. When I was at the hospital visiting my grandmother, her roommate next to her had obtained conversation with us and we started collaborating together, the topic came about cheesesteaks. I am not from here and when I moved years ago I have been to many cheesesteak diners and have never found what I was custom to having, basically not a real cheesesteak. Her roommate had referred us to Richies Cheesesteak and said they were the best around that they are made same as Philly. I took her inspiration of awareness and reflected, few days later I was in the area and came checked them out. The parking was convenient, when I walked through the door customers were walking out and acknowledged with smiles on there face. I returned the acknowledgement, proceeded to walk in to be established a welcoming greeting. We spoke causally provided professional services. They answered all my questions, then placed the order. They said only about 15mins which was no problem at all. I proceeded to sit on there welcoming bench, as looking around the room i noticed Rocky on the wall with the most creative color of art, wow the imagination is magnificent carrys so much beauty. Then looking further down a Sign read "Every family has a story, Welcome to ours", this is open invitation to all. Then I looked next to me and about two dozen businesses cards promoted for local companies each having their own special gift to offer for the community. The customers that walked in while I was there All were very welcoming. The staff from different members even acknowledged my whereabouts and asked me what my order name was to provide the best service. Only about 10mins passed by and my order was ready. When arrived home I gave first bite to my dog and he loved it. Now my turn, the meat was fresh and loaded full, right amount of vegetables and mayo, they even asked me if I want peppers, mild, medium, or hot...I choose the hot. No one since I have moved down here has offered peppers or know what Hots are, and that was exactly what was on the Sub. That's what differentiates a Philly Cheesesteak from a Cheesesteak. This was by far the greatest Sub I have had since I moved to Florida. Me and my dog ate the whole footlong. He enjoyed as much as me according to his actions. So let's reflect for a sec, Convenient Parking, Great Vibes in Environment that is Family oriented, Great Service from all staff, Great Pricing, Creativity, Involvement with the Community, no Cahos completely Balance providing stability and giving Excellent Feedback and Service in Professional Maner. That's same as having alignment on your vehicle for smooth ride. Great rythem of flow here. Yes I will return and have already referred there services to others in my family and will continue as I go on journey of life sharing my experience. They also have Pizza and otger foods too. I heard it was the best. I will get some when I return. Thank You to all staff, management, owner for this mission that you currently serve to our community you Establish. Cleanest Environment Ever.
