Chelsea was amazing! Very friendly and made checking in easy! U recently wrote a review in Expedia and tried to retract it but Expedia does not let you. This hotel was actually a great stay, like I said Chelsea is awesome and very helpful but the whole experience was a great one! Definitely check this spot out if you need to stay in the area. Right across from Buccaneer Bay and they have a beautiful pool to kick back and relax in.

Great value This motel offers excellent value for the money, providing a clean and comfortable stay. It has made significant improvements from its previous basic off road motel state and is now transitioning into a more small cleaner hotel. Guests are required to present ID for all adults upon check-in, ensuring a secure environment. They offer connecting rooms and Savannah at the front desk is excellent. Bathrooms have heaters.

The front desk assistant Chelsea was amazing! I had booked a room and when I into the office to check in, I realized I had booked a room for the wrong dates. I got it booked for the right dates. The entire time Chelsea was friendly making it not awkward and let me add a very clean office area. After I got it booked I had card troubles. Chelsea was so sweet. Making sure you dont feel awkward or put on the spot; patient and helpful we got it! Clean rooms. Havent seen a bug in my room and no stains on the sheets. The vent in the ac is cleaned and smells ok. Its always good to bring your own fabreeze as there are many bodies coming and going out of these rooms. I hope Chelsea gets acknowledged for her Kindness, Hospitality and Customer Service Etiquette. The outside of this hotel does no justice for the inside. It is kept up very well with wonderful customer Service and Hospitality. I cant speak for the rest of their team but that girl is a charm! The only reason I give it a 4 stars is because of the price the rooms should at least either have a microwave or a small fridge.

I really enjoyed my stay. I will say I appreciate the employees here they are very nice and helpful. Always feel welcomed especially from a house keeper name Shawna is always smiling and easy to approach I was asking if I could exchange my towels and get toilet paper she was so helpful. She took time out of what she was doing at the moment and helped me. Very friendly smiling and making you feel like you are a not a problem or burden. She was very attentive and was able to meet my needs with no problem at all she was so wonderful and so professional about the situation and very nice I definitely enjoy seeing her smiling face.
