Bed was awful, room smelled like smoke. They held a full night on my credit card for deposit and then ran my card for the stay. I am a choice member and had a credit card not debit. The pool was nice and clean and room was clean just uncomfortable and strong smoke smell.

Very clean rooms, nice bathroom, all employees were very friendly, the breakfast has anything you want including waffles, eggs, sausage....lots more! Very well lit up at night! Nice pool. It was great! No complaints!

The Quality Inn Staff Is Just Awesome !! The Front Desk Employees Are Extremely Competent And Friendly. The Housekeeping Crew Is Also Great. Breakfast Is Delicious And The Rooms Are Spotless And Very Comfortable. I Recommend It To Everyone Who Is In The Hernando County Area.

Once a hotel chain is purchased by the conglomerate, Choice Hotels, they can be independently owned. It's unfortunate that the quality, service, and accommodations lack tremendously because of insufficient funding, trained employees, and many times, the culture difference of how businesses are managed in other countries versus the US. The front desk evening senior employee is outstanding. She's compassionate and customer focused. This Quality Inn location is adequate, but far from the Quality Inn's of the past. It is very noisy. One side faces a busy roadway with lots of noise. The bed was cleaned and refreshed, but the remainder of the room required attention. Overlooked items were: Dirty ice bucket Dirty microwave with spilled and semi-dried liquid Mirrors with fingerprints from top to bottom Used soap left in tub Dirty bathroom counter Broken hangers Dirty coffee-maker Floor had not been swept And room has a musky odor I can't say I'm disappointed any longer because of seeing this more and more throughout my travels and this includes other small chains as well. This location does not warrant a return.

Well, it’s clean but other than that absolutely no frills. I feel like I’m in jail Cell. Overpriced! TV remote doesn’t work, but I would rather complain about it then actually go down until the lady and get it fixed. It’s almost 10 o’clock and I’m tired or I would’ve found something cheaper. The bed is metal like a fold out bed. Just weird again I feel like I’m in a bougie boot camp. Oh yeah, the water bottles are three dollars so is a tiny bag of Cheez-Its.. lol but seriously.. ahhhhh
