Went for the first time today. I’ll start with the food was amazing, def worth the price, my steak was cooked perfectly and delicious, i got their risotto as a side, ive never had risotto before but was pleasantly surprised! Upon walking in, we were greeted immediately by the hostess Georgia, she was kind, joked with us, helped us clean up our mess when we broke a glass at the table, and she did so with kindness and a smile on her face, i wish she had been our server! and that’s no hate on our server who i believe was named jayden, she was kind, checked on us persistently, and was all around great, Georgia was a whole character tho and we very much appreciate her!!! 12/10 recommend, we will be back!! we spent about $120 for two of us on the 12oz ribeye, the salmon, 3 drinks, and the complementary bread was delicious!!

Came here to eat tonight and the scallops and steak were amazing. We started off with fresh bread with this delicious garlic butter (add extra for dipping steak). Friendly and courteous staff. Laurence our server was super friendly and amazing, I highly recommend asking for him. Chanel, the manager, was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

Very small, not many options for more than 4 parties. The food was much better than anticipated based on the run down plaza the restaurant is located in. The bartender was our server for a 430pm dinner booking. Have to assume most of the staff didn't show up on time for dinner service. Serving sizes were fairly large, the pork tenderloin feeds 3-4 people. Only complaint; everyone's food was very salty. Will be back to try other dishes though.

Loved Chop Block. Beautiful new restaurant in Brooksville. Honestly, that area is starved for some finer dining establishments abd I was excited to take my mom there for her birthday. Service was great, food presentation was great...everyone loved the food but Ai had the pork tenderloin and it was over salted for me. If you are sensitive to salt, you may want to mention it when you order. It was delicious and cooked perfect, loved tge sauce. Just too over seasoned with salt. The au gratin potatoes are to dye for. My husband's filet mignon was cooked and seasoned perfectly and it was good quality meat. The grouper was outstanding, as was tge salmon. My brother praised the chicken cordon blue. The ficcocia bread was so yummy too! Try it, you wont be disappointed! They do not have online reservations, we had to call. Hopefully they add it soon.

I travel quite a bit for work and in every town I go to, I try the local steakhouse. Little did I know, THE BEST steak was right in my backyard. The way it is prepared and cooked made the texture and flavor just perfect. Not only was the steak delicious, the entire meal was worth bragging about. Franchesca's service and energy complimented the meal and we look forward to visiting this hidden gem many times in the future.
