I didn’t know that the place was under new management, but now it makes sense. It is absolutely possible for one person to ruin an entire experience in making you not wanna go back somewhere. It took about 40 minutes for me to get my food because I ordered a Gyro, a 6 inch Philly, and a 12 inch Cuban and they didn’t have any mushrooms for the Philly or tomatoes for the gyro. I’m assuming it was the owner that offered to run and grab some from the store which was nice enough I guess, but it ended up causing more distraction for the woman that was making my food. She waited quite a bit of time before starting to make my food because she was busy talking to other people that were there in the lobby, in between having to go to the restroom, before making my food. The conversation took so long I ended up having to intervene because I had my husband and two children in the car waiting for me. The owner was nice enough, he made the Cuban which my husband said was OK. While he ran out to get tomatoes and mushrooms to finish making my food, the woman that was still there, was very distracted and talkative so much so that she mentioned the onions and how they were cut, yet forgot to add them to my gyro. The meal cost me $40 which would’ve been fine if the food was good, and If my order had all the ingredients. The Gyro had no onions (I had to add them myself when I got home) and no tzatziki sauce, the only “sauce“ that was on it was like feta, maybe? that was in some sort of juice like Italian dressing, but definitely not Taziki. Absolutely the worst gyro I’ve ever had, the bread was also cold. Don’t get me wrong, everyone was extremely nice, but I would’ve rather have had rude customer service and good food then someone who’s making my food and distracted and forgetting things and not having proper inventory for things that are still up on the menu. Also, I had to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the dispenser for the women… it was sitting in the urinal next to the toilet. Thank god they had brand new rolls right next to the toilet. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.
