Today was the first time ever that I have been totally dissatisfied with my food AND service at Luigis. I ordered a ravioli dinner, changed salad for 🌰 rings and was upcharged, plus bread sticks. Clearly any numb nuts would know that all my food should come out together! RIGHT? WRONG! I got bread sticks and onion rings while waiting for my WARM 7 damned raviolis to be served. 4 if I was a child!!! (I learned this mistake by a waitress already tricking me into ordering a kids meal and ordering bread sticks separately. Haha 😄 what a $$ racket! Anyway, when waitress came back thru, I INTENTIONALLY RIPPED THE BREAD STICKS IN HALF! I said I want NEW bread sticks not microwave 😤 bread sticks! I want them WITH MY MEAL LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. NOW I AM SEETHING. I just got out of the hospital 🏥 last week from a seizure. I do NOT need this crap from anyone! I dine here frequently and we came in with a small 🎁 card to boot!!!! So I go back to my room temp ravioli and I won't dare complain because they will probably spit on them in the kitchen. I finally get my half and half breadsticks! If you guessed correctly, they were partially nuked and partially new. I spit them out and took pictures of them. I had my fiance try the other half. He said absolutely microwaved. The other part was nice and soft. I am a Google reviewer and take photos of all my food and everyone that is with me! So yes. You have been reviewed under many of my emails!!!! I have 5 different email accounts. There is absolutely 💯 no escaping me!!! I have lived in Brooksville since July 1992! I travel all over the place!!!! Sorry this was such a bad experience for me and sorry that my "NO FILTER" was extremely vocal but I can never be silenced by anyone! You staff came over immediately to remedy the situation and for that I totally appreciate your professionalism! You gave my fiance a small discount but remember not to ever over charge your locals ever! It's not kind!!!! Thank you in advance!!!! God bless you George!!!

I had a sit down dinner and the pizza. The sit down dinner was good my buddy had the lasagna and said it was amazing. I got there right before close. His dinner was hot and amazing my chicken cutlets were good but cold. I ordered a meat lovers large pizza for take out tonight was really good but really small for a large. It was more like a medium but the food is really good.
