Brush Rust! | A Speed-Painting Showdown at The Artist's Realm
The Artist's Realm is excited to introduce Brush Rush!, a brand-new speed-painting competition coming to Downtown Brooksville on February 6, 2027!
We're putting a new spin on traditional live painting competitions by challenging 12 artists to create an entire painting in just 30 minutes!
Artists will compete in three elimination-style rounds, with the community voting to determine who advances. We'll start with 12 artists, narrow it down to 6, then 3, until just ONE artist is crowned our first-ever Brush Rush Champion and takes home a cash prize!
HOW IT WORKS:
Round 1: All 12 artists have 30 minutes to complete their paintings. The community votes, and the top 6 advance!
Round 2: Our remaining 6 artists face another 30-minute challenge, with only 3 advancing to the final round.
Round 3: The final 3 artists compete one last time for the title of Brush Rush Champion!
No panel of judges! Our community gets to decide who stays, who goes, and who ultimately wins!
