We had an amazing stay at this house on the Weeki Wachee River! It was the perfect place for our family and is truly a great spot for anyone traveling with kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. One of the best parts was that they provided everything you need to enjoy the river, including paddle boards, life jackets, and a floating mat. It made spending time on the water so easy and fun without having to bring our own equipment. We made so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway on the Weeki Wachee River!

I’ve been working with Sonia and Rick for almost a month now trying to find the house of my dreams, and I probably drive them crazy with all the texts, questions, and concerns I send their way. No matter how many times I reach out, they are always quick to respond and take the time to answer everything. They have been incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout this entire process, which has made the experience so much less stressful. We also had the opportunity to stay in one of their homes for a week, and it was absolutely beautiful. The house was spotless and so well kept. It honestly didn’t feel like I was just on vacation—it felt like I was home. It was comfortable, welcoming, and the perfect place for my family to relax. They told me all the great areas and point out all the places my kids would enjoy, which meant so much to us. I must have texted Sonia a million times during our stay, and she was always so patient and so kind. I’m so happy I chose them to help me find our vacation home, and hopefully one day our forever home. I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Realtors. Wonderful hosts and very pure people with a huge heart. We enjoyed our vacation in Weeki Wachee very much. Very quiet, the view is beautiful, as well as seeing the manatees and hearing the birds sing. The house is super spacious and comfortable, ideal for vacations, spending time with the family, recreation or as in our case where we had an excellent vacation and celebrated a family birthday. I definitely recommend them a thousand times. I hope it will be repeated soon. Thank you.

We stayed at the Hidden Jim for the second time. We love the location! Very clean and thoroughly enjoyed the new fire pit. One thing we would like to see is another dock (lower) so getting in and out of the kayaks would be easier.
