carolyn altizerWent to beginners class with my daughter & loved it. Our teacher was Catherine & loved her also. She's very patient & makes sure you're comfortable with poses. I'm 81 & was the oldest one there & she made sure I didn't overdo. I also went to the class on Wednesday which ended up being a little more advanced for me. Think I may try the chair yoga also & just stick with the Monday class for now. So glad to find such a welcoming group of people.

Carole DevineHolistic Yoga is a beautiful studio. It is clean and spacious. The instructors are well trained, compassionate, and very helpful for all levels and abilities. All will feel welcomed and included. The atmosphere is joyful and calming. I attend the yin yoga class in particular, and Catherine has taught me so much about this practice. I have seen her knowledge and compassion and her individualized instruction guide everyone, regardless of their experience with the practice. If you are choosing a studio in the Spring Hill/Weeki Wachee/Brooksville area, I definitely recommend that you check Holistic Yoga's schedule and try a class.

Carlene RiecssWelcoming space with amazing teachers and a friendly clientele. Studio has mats, blocks and other props available for use, or you can bring your own. Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, teachers are knowledgeable and help with technique offering lots of modifications. It’s a really comfortable place, definitely recommend
