Timothy KinnamanDrink was expensive and not as big as I was expecting, but tasty. Stuck with one. Food was really good, server was great, the turtles in the canal were all over. Lol Didn't get to see the gator, I think the server said they call him 'Stanley'? Had a good time regardless. Even had a little audience outside.

Larry PerkinsonWell my wife and I visit here at least once a month. This time we decided we would take my daughter and grandson for a nice evening by the water. Man was i ever embarrassed to have told them how great this place WAS. We arrived just before 7 pm we knew we would have to wait. They told us 30 minutes. That became an hour. After finally being seated in a near empty restaurant it still took 30 minutes before we were asked about drinks that took 10 minutes to get. Mind you there are only 3 other tables being used in the entire restaurant. Well the waitress finally took our orders and we received it about 5 minutes before closing. The waitress made absolutely SURE we knew that they were closing at 9 pm...so we ate as quickly as possible but not in too much of a rush.We were about 15 minutes past closing. A second drink would have been nice but we could only flag her down twice once for a drink and then when the food came out. Other that that the waitress ignored us when she flew past. My hamburger was on the brink of mooing at me. The fries were definitely old, cold and greasy. I will NEVER take anyone here from out of town again. Total embarrassment. My wife and I have decided that its time for a change. Although we like the atmosphere. Being forgotten about, ignored, rushed, disrespected and embarrassed from giving them such high regards we will definitely have to weigh other options before we return. IF we do return you can count on another review, hopefully they will have their act together and not worry so much about getting off work on time and give a little more attention to customers. Tips are not automatic, they are based on service...losey service losey tip, great service great tip.

Brock SullivanHernando Beach may have been affected by the Hurricanes a couple years back but it has not stopped this place. My family and I have stopped in 3-4 times in the last year on our way to Weeki Wachee. This place has everything. Great food, outdoor dining in a maze of outdoor gardens, Ice cream, and old time florida novelty trinkets all at a low price. This place is a gem.
