jill galushaMy brother and I went fishing the last day of grouper. Season 2026 and had THE most wonderful time. Although we only live in north tampa, we stayed at the Hernando Beach Motel which was, by the way, absolutely beautiful and literally walking distance to the marina and I will definitely stay there again. Josh is an exceptional captain? And he and his mate made our 8 hr trip seamless. I felt absolutely spoiled as he continuously fed my rod with fresh bait and even help me reel in some of the fish when my arm got tired. I am a previous boat owner and I can't say enough about how fast we were able to get out there with four engines and the ride was like riding in a car, no bouncing and bumping and tossing around. He put us on tons of spots, and we caught many, many grouper and other species. We had to throw back most of them being they were a half inch too small but that was okay. We caught many keepers, and the fun is in catching em. Kudos to Dave, a frequent passenger on Hernando Beach charters as he donated his share of the catch to me and my brother because his freezer was full from previous trips. We will definitely be going again. And I would give him more than five stars if I could. Jill

Peter GoodsellCaptain Josh and Mike were amazing! Josh kept us on the fish all day, and Mike worked hard to keep up with us landing fish and getting us bait. We had a great day! We will be back! Our 2nd trip was better than the first, if that's possible! Captains Dustin and Josh, and the entire crew were incredible! We really get a feeling of special treatment. This is more than just a charter. We feel we have made friends for life! Once again they worked hard to keep us on the fish all day. I cant wait to do it again! Thank you guys for an incredible day! We went back out on a near shore 6 hour trip with Captain Mike this time. With 3 hours left to fish we had limited on both of our target species! Captain Mike immediately shifted gears and we went after a third species, and caught them too! These guys are the absolute best at their craft! True fishermen and professionals! We will be back very soon!

Kellin SybrantWeather was brutal with a big cold front and north winds which hurt the bite. Capt Mike did everything he could with even re scheduling us to the next morning to try and get us on fish. Good experience even with my 9 year old to get out on the gulf in rough water and cold conditions. She said it was her favorite part of the week even though we didn’t land much. I’ll hit them up next trip down and ask for capt Mike and make sure we have good weather. He knows the area and the fishing, that I could tell. He made the best out of a rough day and that’s all I can ask. That’s fishing!!!!

Kenny WolffeMy family has been on three trips with Hernando beach charters. Two snorkeling trips and one inshore fishing trip. These guys are absolutely amazing!! Captain Mike and Josh made sure we had the best time we possibly could!! Next time we’re back down in Florida we will definitely be booking more trips. Thank you gentlemen.

Carlos SalcedoWow! It was more than I ever imagined. The Captain and first mate went above and beyond! The best experience I've had on a charter boat. One 100% focused on the guys trying to fish,never seen that level of customer service in the industry. Captain Dustin and first mate DJ put everything they could into our group having a great day and they absolutely Succeeded! Hands down only charter from now on! I highly recommend if you want a great experience to book this outfit, They will not disappoint. I live in Florida and was Absolutely impressed with what these guys bring to the table, just my opinion.
