Both Captain Steven and Patricia were amazing! We caught several fish, threw back the ones that were too small, and took home quite a bit. The weather was tricky, but Patricia kept us informed everyday. We ended up moving our trip a couple of days later and it was perfect! Captain Steven took care of everything and put us right on the fish! I would highly recommend for families with kids, and ladies too. Our 12 yo caught several fish and some keepers. As a first timer in the gulf, Captain Steven made me feel comfortable and confident. He even helped get some great photos for us.

Every part of our experience with Angling Adventures was wonderful. Patricia did a great job explaining everything to us in advance. She handled the booking portion in a very professional manner and communicated so that everything went off smoothly. My girlfriend and I went on a four hour, offshore grouper fishing trip. We have both been on other offshore fishing trips. Captain Steven was very accommodating and made us both feel welcome immediately. He communicated with us the day before to confirm everything and discuss the weather for our trip. He was at the launch waiting for us in the morning with everything we needed and took great care of all of our needs while fishing. We had a beautiful day on the water. The boat is well equipped and Captain Steven quickly got us to a few great fishing spots. We both caught plenty of fish and took lots of delicious key west white grunts home to eat. Captain Steven filleted and packed it all in ice for us! We highly recommend Angling Adventures to everyone!

Outstanding Fishing Trip with an Amazing Captain! We had an incredible fishing excursion, and a huge part of that was thanks to our captain. From the moment we stepped on the boat, he was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. He knew exactly where to go, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and worked nonstop to make sure everyone had a great experience. What really stood out was how fantastic he was with kids (ages 6 and 13). He was patient, encouraging, and made them feel confident and included the entire time. He took the time to teach them how to fish, celebrated their catches, and kept things fun even when the bite slowed down. The kids left smiling, excited, and proud of what they learned. This was more than just a fishing trip—it was a memorable experience for the whole family. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable captain who truly cares about his guests and is exceptional with kids, look no further. We can’t wait to book another trip!

Just got back from an off shore trip with Captain Steven and we couldn’t be happier. My 13 year old son and I went out and he put us on the fish from the start. We were steadily catching fish with barely any time between dropping a line in the water. He took the time to explain and teach us in a way that even experienced fisherman can appreciate. He was professional, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. This trip was a rescheduled one from one that had to be canceled due to weather. We greatly appreciate how safety conscious and responsive they are and wanted to make sure that we had a great experience rather than just take us out regardless. We will absolutely be back. Captain Steven is great with the kids as well. If you are looking for a great time, this is it!

I recently went on a charter with Angling Adventures and had an amazing experience. I came down from Vermont and took a friend's son who both he and I have minimal knowledge of offshore fishing. Captain Steven was so friendly, easy to learn from and we were killing it ! We caught so many fish. Keepers and some out of season fish as well. Also his wife Patricia was so easy to deal with the reservation. Thanks guys ! Chris Gallant.
