⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My boyfriend and I love finding hidden gems when we travel, and Brian’s Place in Spring Hill was an absolute HIT. We do our research to find the best experiences, and this one delivered in every way! The ambience is calming and upscale without feeling pretentious. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive — huge shout-out to Toni, our amazing server, who made us feel so welcome, and Matt, the floor manager, who checked in personally to make sure everything was perfect and engage us in great conversation. I had the crispy salmon and my boyfriend had the swordfish special. Both were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. And as if that wasn’t cool enough, the original guitarist from Steppenwolf was performing solo while we dined! Dessert was next-level! The chocolate layer cake was rich but not overly sweet, and the limoncello mascarpone cake was fluffy, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet. We also tried a few cocktails. The Alchemist was aromatic and smooth (booze without the bite!), and the Espresso-Lantern was dangerously delicious (not pictured). If you’re anywhere near Spring Hill, do yourself a favor and go to Brian’s Place. It’s a true hidden gem — amazing food, amazing people, and an experience you won’t forget!
8 months ago · Google ReviewWe left an event and these two lovely hostesses met us leaving our cars at Brian's Place to hand us early bird coupons. What a bonus that was! Who doesn't love a bonus special? We love ❤️ them! My friend prints in her monthly flyer for Brian's Place with weekly coupons. Always watch for them. Definitely worth it! There wasn't an unfriendly staff member in the building. Even one that came off sarcastic to me, Matt the assistant, later came over to apologize. I naturally accepted that because he appeared genuine. We had a wonderful server named Brittiany! The servers from the kitchen were fabulous! The food was fantastic! The couple we were with had never been here so it was a great experience for them. Brian himself came and sat with us for a photo. He checked on all his tables to make sure everyone was happy. He spent time with us to share his hurricane experiences and the rebuilding process! He is a outstanding chef 👨🍳 and business owner! He cares about his business and his employees. They told us personally and yes, I am one to ask!!!! Brittiany was outstanding and always made sure we had what we needed before we could ask! That is what a good server is all about! Not everyone belongs in a position like this! They all deserve great pay, fantastic tips that are earned and bosses that always respect 🙏 them! That is how you keep your team working hard for you! Loyalty is hard to come by and it works both ways! God bless you Brian, Matt, Brittiany and entire Brian's place team!!! Make 2026 even better!!!!
7 months ago · Google ReviewFinally got around to going to Brian’s on Paella night! Located at 3430 Shoal Line Blvd Hernando Beach Fl Brians always Parking was ample, wait was non existent (I am a party of 1) but with parties of 2 or more I suggest reservations. Lisa was the hostess and she was very courteous and hospitable, my waitress Victoria was also awesome! Paella night is usually Wednesdays but this Wednesday he had Hogfish paella! I started with a house salad and garlic bread. The salad was crisp and a great start and the garlic bread soft and warm. The star of this evening was definitely rich, savory and aromatic hogfish paella, flakey hogfish, tender mussels and clams, with succulent shrimp and flavorful rice mixing in a harmony of spice! I savored every bite of the Hogfish paella and wished I could save some for lunch tomorrow but it was just too good not to enjoy all of it in the moment! I’m telling you folks Brian’s does not miss when it comes to great food and relaxing ambiance!
2 months ago · Google ReviewAfter seeing the great food and location online, my partner and I finally made it in, and I can't believe we didn't come sooner. The staff was genuinely all so friendly, and seemed to really want to help and be there. The food was fantastic, their early dinner special portions are still large, and the desserts were unbelievable. I don't know the last time there was more than 5 dessert options, and all were unique and not store bought. I highly recommend getting a reservation for a great date night. We ate at 4pm on a week night, and there were a few other tables taken, but by the time we left at 5pm it was starting to get busier. They have a large parking lot adjacent to the building, and outdoor or indoor seating. Highly recommend for waterfront dining, outdoor patio, cocktails, and a great menu in Pasco or Hernando County.
7 months ago · Google ReviewBrian’s Place in Hernando Beach has officially become my “I don’t feel like risking a bad meal” spot because they never miss. Every time I go, the food is consistently flavorful, and the presentation? Straight-up cooking show level. I kicked things off with the mango mojito, which I can only describe as “sweet paradise… but wearing business pants.” Smooth, refreshing, and just the right balance of tropical sweetness and “oh yeah, there’s definitely something in this.” Dangerously easy to drink. For my appetizer, I went with the Cuban roast pork crostini and wow. The pork was so tender it basically melted on contact. And the grilled bread underneath? You could actually taste that smoky, toasted flavor coming through, like the pork just settled in and made itself comfortable there. Every bite felt like it knew exactly what it was doing. My dinner started with a homemade Caesar salad that deserves its own moment. Crisp, fresh, perfectly dressed not drowning, not dry, just right. The kind of salad that makes you forget you’re technically eating something healthy. For the main event, I had Chef Brian’s classic crispy seared salmon and this is where things got serious. The salmon was cooked perfectly, flaky and rich, but that sear on top? Incredible. Golden, crispy, and giving that satisfying crunch before melting into the buttery fish underneath. It’s the kind of texture combo that keeps you going back for “just one more bite” until suddenly… it’s gone. Brian’s Place isn’t just consistent it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re treating yourself, even on a random night. If you’re anywhere near Hernando Beach and even slightly hungry, go. Your taste buds will thank you. Your standards for food might never recover.
