Cley'S OptiqueI don't know what happened over the years with certain restaurant chains and just in general with people. But when somebody order something they expect to get 100% of the product. I don't know why it is when I ask for a bagel with cream cheese you hand me a bagel with a little cup or dip tray of pre packed cream cheese that I have to apply myself... If I wanted to apply it myself I would go to the grocery store and buy the stuff myself and do it at my house. The whole point of going out is to have a more inline experience with having food served to you. We as customers gave you 100% of the money for you to make 100% of the product.
