Donna PolizziWe stayed in the Snow Room at the Dolan House this past weekend while in town for a race, and it was by far one of our favorite stays. The room was comfortable, charming, and had everything we needed to relax before and after the event. Roger was an exceptional host and truly made our experience special. He prepared an amazing breakfast that was both delicious and thoughtfully made. His hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. We can't say enough good things about our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend the Dolan House to anyone looking for a unique and welcoming place to stay!

Mike MosherDeborah and Roger really know how to make their guests feel welcome. My wife and I stayed at the Dolan house to attend a wedding at Saxon Manor, which was easy walking distance. I usually don't prefer the B&B experience, but the ratings were stellar and the location was perfect for us, so we went for it. Deborah was so courteous and very easy to talk to. Breakfast was excellent, and while I am currently on a very restricted diet, they both made me comfortable that it was not a problem. Wish I could have experienced more of Roger's amazing quiche! A great stay.

Z2659DOthomasoI booked the Ederingron Room at the last minute as I was riding my bike across the state and decided to push on a bit further one day. There are not a lot of hotel options in Brooksville, but I would stay here again, and highly recommend it to others.|The hosts are extremely nice people and it was a pleasure to visit with them in the evening. ||Dinner options: walk nearby to Mexican and Chinese restaurants.||The next morning at 7am, knowing I had a long bike ride ahead, Debra had a wonderful breakfast ready for me.

Robert E. MealeMy wife and I stayed at this B&B while riding the C2C trail across FL. The home is very convenient to the Good Neighbor Trail (actually, the Good Neighbor Connector to the Trail) and is near a couple of places to eat. But you won't need to find a place to eat for breakfast. The Dolan House provides a fantastic breakfast with fruits, eggs, pastries, sausage, coffee, juice--the works. By far, the best breakfast that we had on our 6 day trip!!

roger ethierBeautiful historical home 135 years old, some of the nicest hosts I've met, this home is beautiful inside and out. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking another historical building that was also a museum. With still plenty of shops in stores around nestled in The beautiful landscape of Florida. We walk to having a beautiful breakfast every morning , and watch the sunset on a balcony. Absolutely love this place and looking forward to going there again

The house itself throws you back in time with southern charm. You have EVERYTHING you need for this stay. A+++ highly recommend.
