Beth BernierWhat a wonderful surprise! As a first timer I was thrilled as my visit unfolded! We were gifted, my two friend and I, with a foot massage by our children. Being from out of state, we had never seen this place before! Awilda served me, and I couldn't have been more pleased! Not only did I enjoy her gift of touch but also her way with people! From my point of view Awilda was therapeutically adept at her skills! What a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Thank you Awilda! Reasonable prices too!

Dawn Bennett JohnsonI recently had a visceral massage here with Lisa. The results were truly unbelievable! It corrected my prolapsed bladder issue I’ve had for years with just one session! I’ll go back a few more times to keep everything in place, but the impact of one visit was amazing. I’ve been going to Body, Mind, Spirit Wellness for years and never thought to share such a personal medical issue. I’m so glad I did! Lisa did that visceral massage and corrected something I was contemplating surgery for! Lisa has honestly healed many of my physical issues over the past 11 years. I love her and Body, Mind, Spirit Wellness! You must go see them if you are suffering any physical ailments. Don’t delay your wellness - you owe it to yourself to be in the best of health that you can be.

Christina AI had a lymphatic massage and body scrub with Kayla and it was absolutely amazing! The whole vibe of the place is so calming. I enjoyed the infrared sauna as well! I’m excited to go back 😊

My massage with Tina (?) was the perfect amount of relaxing and healing. And I HIGHLY recommend Kayla for a facial! She was knowledgeable, thorough, and gave me the best facial I've had in a long time! I was glowing all weekend! I've already passed this spa info on to friends who are coming to the area and have left their business cards for future guests of our AirBNB.

Kayla and Tina made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The decor was so adorable. It was so calming, peaceful, and beautiful. I cannot wait to go back there.
