Evan SantosThe experience of watching them make the ice cream using liquid nitrogen was really cool! The concept is unique, and the staff was absolutely amazing. While I was recording, one of the ladies even asked if she could take my phone and record the process for me. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My only suggestions would be improving the speed of the process and the flavor of the ice cream itself. I ordered two cups, and by the time I received the second one, my first cup was already starting to melt. I understand that each order is made fresh with liquid nitrogen, but there may be an opportunity to refine the process so multiple orders can be completed more efficiently. As for the ice cream, I personally felt that it lacked a little flavor on its own. The toppings definitely added most of the flavor and really made the ice cream enjoyable. I definitely don’t want this to come across as a bad review because the concept is awesome and the staff was fantastic. I think with a little refinement to the process and the flavor, this place could be something really special. I’d definitely give it another try!

Megan BarrThe sushi donut is delicious. I love the texture and pairing of the hot deep fried donut with the cold spinach. Such great crunch and flavor. It's a must try which will leave you desiring more. Second time trying it and it was just as yummy as the first. I do like their inferno (not that spicy) crab rangoons but they are more like crab rangoon and jalapeño poppers but in an egg roll, so the crab is a little lost and the wonton wrapper is undercooked on the inside. Though it is still tasty. Service is decent, if there are a few people ahead of you, you may be waiting depending on who is cooking. Still, I'm pleased with the overall experience and will continue to enjoy this place.

Jameson 189Absolutely delicious!! Super kind staff and a very clean storefront. Very informative and helpful employees. The portion size was just right too! I'll have to try the creamery side of the store next time when I have more room lol. Highly recommend!!!!

Leslie PowellWent in for opening day! I am very excited to see a business offering "sushi" bowls! 🍣 I was there right at opening. The staff immediately greeted me. They were clearly training as they were reading items and not super comfy with navigating the sushi station. Even though service was not seamless, they were efficient and pleasant. For the first day, it was wonderful. This crew shows some great team work. Took under 2 minutes to get my bowl and check out. Management offered a coupon card and showed me around. They were kind, knowledgeable, and very proud of their menu! I opted for the volcano bowl, with white rice and crab salad added. The bowl had a hearty helping of proteins. The vegetables were fresh. The rice was cooked perfectly. The sauces were very good and not overly salty or sweet. I am very pleased with my lunch and especially with the cleanliness of this place. The bathrooms are well kept. Oh, and did I mention they also have a creamery onsite! I WILL be back! Hopefully, they also have doordash or ubereats. 😋

Greg CrossleyI absolutely love the hibachi-rito. Meat, rice, beans,and corn all rolled into a burrito. It’s so good and it’s thick!! I also love the sushi donut. It’s deep fried rice and cream cheese with crab meat on top. I definitely recommend stopping by and trying it out. If you don’t like sushi, the hibachi-rito is perfect.
