Becky RMy review is for the Enterprise location at Mikes Auto Body 12217 Cortez Blvd. Brooksville, Fla. I had, had a prior reservation at the Hudson, Florida location and Was treated terribly. I had a reservation for 5 o’clock showed up at 5:03 due to torrential rain. I made it three minutes late. I was on the line With an associate named Ayrton who was very dismissive. While speaking to him on the phone, I pulled up in front of enterprise and he shut the lights off and said he will not help me because I was three minutes late. I do understand that I was late by three minutes but how unprofessional can one be. I would understand if he had left, but he was still at the office and turned off the lights while I was watching from the car. He then hung up on me. My brother and I called corporate three times and still have yet to get a callback. I will never use Hudson enterprise again and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. On a whole other note, I made a reservation at the Mike’s auto body location in Brooksville, Florida and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was greeted by pure pleasantness and so very respectful Jose Tirado. Jose is a definite asset to Enterprise. He is the epitome of what a dedicated associate looks like. He asked questions. He wanted to know if I was comfortable and he listened. I would recommend this location with my eyes closed. Especially if they continue with an associate like Jose. Jose, thank you for being so amazing. Because of you, I’ll be back And I’m sending everybody that I know to you and this location. You definitely make up for associates like Aytron. Thanks for everything!!!

Lana SavageI recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise after my own car was involved in an accident and needed repairs. When I picked up the rental, I mentioned that I wasn’t particular about the model since I expected to have it for only a day or two. I was given a Mitsubishi Mirage. From the moment the car was started, it made concerning noises. I initially dismissed it because I thought I’d only be driving it briefly. However, on a trip out, the thermostat warning light came on. It turned off on the way back, but the fact that it appeared at all was alarming. Later, I learned that my own vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Friday, so I contacted Enterprise to request a different rental. At that point, I was told there were no other cars available due to a “shortage.” I was also told that all Mirages “sound like that” and that it wasn’t a big deal. I understand that rental fleets can be limited, but being given a vehicle with warning lights and mechanical concerns is unacceptable. A rental car should be safe, reliable, and free of obvious issues. Dismissing a customer’s safety concerns instead of offering a solution is not the level of service I expect. BTW, I am still waiting for another vehicle. Revision: They called back shortly after this posted. They said another vehicle was just dropped off. It had not been cleaned yet. I was fine with it. The gentleman that called me was pleasant and quick to get me out the door. Thank you for fixing the issue. Note to everyone: DO NOT TAKE A MITS MIRAGE.
