8 /28/26 this was my 3rd visit to the salon, had same girl 2 previous visits usually left content. Today arrive 30 early my mistake, received a text from girl scheduled to do my hair in 30 mins... saying family emergency can't make app need to reschedule! Roe who is front desk say my face asked me i showed the text she said she would handle it. Within 20-25 mins they called Kayla who was scheduled for later in the day and pregnant I might add to come in. Nikola another stylist took her car to pick up Kayla and Roe was amazing/assuring/saying all will be great that Nikkole is amazing. They arrived and let me tell you all WORTH WAITING FOR!! Not only is my hair AMAZING Kayla GREAT AMAZING JOB and Nikkole worked beside Kayla to add the low lights & blow dry. BECAUSE REMEMBER I WAS NOT ON THEIR SCHEDULE I was on the lady who did not show with a text message. I want to say God does work in funny ways... I am so happy the other lady blew me off because I now have Kayla as my stylist and when she is out on maternity in Dec. I have Nikkole... Roe I appreciate you so much for taking the bull by the horns and making this customer walk away happy VERY HAPPY. If your looking for a talented group of professionals that care about your happiness this is the right salon, maybe a bit more in some cases but your happy. Kayla your my girl, Nikkole your my back up and Roe the owners are very lucky to have you . Im a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and when the other stylist blew me off via text I WAS NOT! I really enjoyed my experience, they greeted me as soon as I walked in and gave me an amazing professional consultation. I proceeded to get a Carmel balayage, I have a lot of previous dye and bleach in my hair but they came together as a team to figure out how to get beautiful results while still making sure my hair had the healthiest outcome. Thank you to Emily for providing me with such beautiful hair and to everyone who helped in the process. I definitely recommend them!

I have been going to Marleigh at Nikkole Michaels for a couple of years now and she is amazing with color! She knew exactly the look I was going for. Reds aren't easy to keep from going brassy and she does it perfectly. And I always love my cut and style. I have gone from super short to long and she hits it no matter the length. Marleigh is chill to spend a couple of hours with when it is time for that touch up! Love her!!!
