Eleanor LopezIt was Taco Tuesday once again and my son and I continued our quest for another Latin inspired meal! We drove a few miles to get to our destination, and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere was so amazing with a great Latin vibe. We were greeted with a friendly welcome by a server that anticipated our needs and answered questions about the menu. My son both asked for the Vegetarian Platter which included all of our favorite foods! Chile Relleno, Rice and Beans, Enchiladas and just enough Cheese. The portions were generous and delicious! I could barely finish my meal. I highly recommend El Ranchito to anyone who wants delicious,authentic Mexican cuisine in a wonderful atmosphere with affordable prices!
