Intake nurse Rachel is absolutely amazing fast and on point. The emergency room staff is amazing helpful gentle nurse Courtney wonderful helpful amazing and I thank her for being so patient with me Leslie as well is amazing and gentle very good at her job. Thank you to the emergency department I wish I could give you a 100 starz. I almost forgot the film team is also very good at the job and very nice people. Again thank you

I went to ER with BP of 206/102. A nurse went to give me an antibiotic. I was wait what? Dr said I might have start of pneumonia. Still no BP medication. I was transferred to another ER room very small. The nurse couldn't believe no medication yet. She then called for some. Before I received anything I was transferred to a room. The admitting nurse was pissed. This nurse slammed the ER. He called a Dr who prescribed medication. This Dr came to see me and she was excellent. I expressed my feelings about what happened in the ER. Oh and by the way I was refused oxygen in the ER. I have copd and use it at home. I was assigned a cardiologist because mine doesn't go to that hospital. I went there because it was closer to me and I was scared. This Dr did some tests sent me home said I was fine. I saw my cardiologist he did a catherization found 80% blockage in the main coronary artery left side of heart it's nicknamed the widow maker. I still have a hard time wrapping my head around this.

Exceptional Care and Compassion at TGH Spring Hill I want to take a moment to share my experience at TGH Spring Hill because I truly believe that when someone goes above and beyond in their care, they deserve to be recognized. I was seen at TGH Spring Hill on Friday evening, and I had the pleasure of being attended by Dr. Stephanie White. From the moment she came in to see me, she made a tremendous difference in my experience. Going to the hospital can be a very stressful and frightening experience, especially when you are already worried about what might be happening with your health. Dr. White immediately made me feel more comfortable, listened to me, and treated me with genuine compassion and patience. What stood out to me the most was not only her medical professionalism, but the way she made me feel as a person. She was incredibly comforting, kind, attentive, and reassuring. She took the time to listen to my concerns rather than making me feel rushed or like just another patient. She explained things in a way that I could understand and made sure I felt heard. Sometimes, a doctor can make a huge difference simply by showing compassion, and that was exactly my experience with Dr. White. Her bedside manner was exceptional. She was calm, caring, and reassuring during a moment when I truly needed someone to make me feel safe and cared for. I also want to recognize the fact that working in an emergency or hospital environment is incredibly demanding. Healthcare professionals deal with countless patients, stressful situations, and long hours, yet Dr. White still took the time to provide the kind of personal attention and reassurance that I will remember. Dr. Stephanie White, thank you so much for the way you treated me. Your kindness and comforting presence meant more to me than you probably realize. You didn’t just attend to my medical needs—you helped ease my anxiety and made an uncomfortable experience much easier to handle. TGH Spring Hill should be proud to have physicians like Dr. White representing their hospital. Doctors with excellent medical knowledge are important, but doctors who combine that knowledge with empathy, compassion, patience, and genuine human kindness are truly special. I am extremely grateful for the care I received Friday evening and especially grateful that Dr. White was the physician who attended to me. I left feeling that I had been listened to, respected, and cared for. Thank you, Dr. Stephanie White, and thank you to the entire TGH Spring Hill team. Your work matters, and patients absolutely notice when they are treated with kindness and compassion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars without hesitation.
