Nicholas KellyI honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I thought I had completely lost several of my suits after going through a really chaotic period in my life. On a random chance, I called them almost two years later and they STILL had everything saved for me. Not only did they keep my clothes all that time, but they took care of them and didn’t charge me anything extra for how long they were there. Lucia even remembered me even though I only went there an handful of time prior. That kind of integrity and customer care is extremely rare these days. These suits meant a lot to me and getting them back honestly meant more than just the clothes. If you’re looking for a dry cleaner that actually cares about people, not just transactions, this is the place.

Richard JohnsonThis was my first time using their service as I live in a different area of the county. However, they are close to where I work, so I figured I would give them a try. The nice person working inside was very friendly and took my shirts then got me into their system quickly. I picked them up a few days later. I look for a specific amount of starch and they got it perfect! They were clean with just the right amount of stiffness. I will definitely be back with additional work clothes. Also, I have a bedspread that needs a good cleaning.

Frances EscanoI am personally thanking Lucia for assisting me in getting my gown re-hemmed for which I paid in full, $186 back in the fall. I have used the services at the 11146 Spring Hill location for 4 years. The first seamstress was not able to execute a satisfactory job. But, Lucia reassured me that her boss, at 5081 on Commercial Way was able to fix the dress without charging extra. I took my gown to the location, and the seamstress, a very nice lady, and the boss (I can't recall their names) were extremely understanding and approximately a week later, I had my gown to my exact specifications. Thank you so much ladies!
