Dr. Tapley, here’s a polished five-star Google review you can post: Five stars for the CVS Pharmacy on Spring Hill Drive. I was preparing to leave Tampa for an international trip to Ecuador and realized I had forgotten a very important, life-preserving medication at home. This could have become a serious problem, especially being out of the country for the next 10 days. I first went to another CVS location, and while they did tell me the Spring Hill Drive location appeared to have the medication available, they were otherwise not helpful. They would not call to confirm, would not help coordinate with the other pharmacy, and did not make much effort to assist me directly. The Spring Hill Drive pharmacy was the complete opposite. They were kind, efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with a full month’s supply of my medication, which gave me enormous peace of mind before traveling overseas. I am extremely grateful to the pharmacy team at this location. They turned a stressful, urgent situation into a quick and easy solution. Excellent customer service and exactly the kind of pharmacy support patients need. Highly recommend.
