Was fishing in vacation and got to see manatees off the dock! Great place to stretch your legs and have lunch on the bench! Bring a fishing rod! Great parking in multiple areas. Boat launch in a part of the park. Couple bathroom areas. Kayak launch area. Had a blast with family here!
Feb 24, 2026 · Google ReviewThe park is still in need of work but nice to view the 🌞 seats at the fishing pier.
Oct 4, 2025 · Google ReviewThis is the park area just north of the pier. The parking area is open but the park is barricaded with a short plastic wall that many walk around. The raised aluminum walkway near the water is damaged and perhaps threatening further collapse but it's a beautiful view above the foliage. parking. just south is open with parking that is often full. The boat launch across the road is open with more parking.
Feb 1, 2025 · Google ReviewThe county finally fixed the fishing pier after years of being closed. It hasn't been the same. They took out picnic tables. Either eat in the car or on hot benches that replaced the covered tables. Still have the most beautiful sunsets and get to see the manatees.
Feb 23, 2024 · Google ReviewI come here quite regularly just to watch the sunset or to enjoy lunch in my car whilst watching all the boats pass by. I've tried fishing here too and caught a couple of fish. It's very calm and relaxing. Not alot noise. Everyone's friendly and just there to have good time. Parking can get crazy at peak times. A few times we've got there and had to turn back because there was no where to park.
