Rose PurveeI would like to say what a wonderful experience we had despite the reasoning we had to stay. We actually live locally but had an emergency situation at our home and had to find a place for the evening. I called and Thado answered and was so quick, kind and courteous and then when I showed up to book the room he took customer service to the next level. He was empathetic to our situation, he made sure my two sons felt welcome and even gave my youngest a toy. He was very sweet, efficient and helped me get items I had forgotten after leaving in a rush. Would absolutely stay here again and will tell friends and family as his customer service was something you’re not used to seeing in the world anymore

Ariane GomesMe and my fiancée spent 2 nights at Hampton Inn Spring Hill. Excellent customer service. The front desk gentleman Levy was very nice to us. The breakfast lady (unfortunately we did not get her name) was also very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean. Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube and so forth. The breakfast was great. The location is great. Right across the street there is a Ross, TJMaxx, and other stores and right beside the hotel there is a Dominos and a Dunkin. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend this hotel!

Algie GraffamLevi at checkin was great,lady in charge of breakfast was great also. All the staff were friendly and welcoming,during our 8 day stay! Food was good, rooms were clean....We would stay there again!!

Anthony ScarpaIf you want to stay at a hotel this is the one you must stay at while on vacation. They have a wonderful staff very kind people they keep the place very clean , It's serves a breakfast buffet every morning it has a pool with perfect temperature water and there's a huge shopping center right across the road. A Super Walmart. T.J Maxx , a Ross , J.C Penny , Shoe Store , Dunkin , and Dominos pizza right next door you get free good coffee here at the Hampton Inn thou part of the Buffet. I'm from New Jersey me and my wife came here twice and we would never want to go anywhere else.

Jason CardenasI would like to shine a light on Thabo. Wonderful service and a truly nice soul. Its unfortunate to stay at a place there the person at the front desk doesn't care for the hotel patrons. This man is s breath of fresh air. The rooms are great as well. Along with the great service I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay again.
