Francesca CaseyTipacanoe creamery far exceeded my expectations for ice cream. You first walk in and are greeted with a clean rustic styled environment. Paton greeted us from the counter cheerfully inviting us further in. We talked about how her coworker Grant had proudly told us about their creamery and how they use fresh ingredients. She walked us through all their homemade ice cream options. Hearing the passion of her favorite flavors, she offered for us to try some samples. All the flavors we tried were absolutely outstanding! The shop offers not only regular ice cream but sugar free and dairy free options as well as water ice. Paton also made sure we were signed up for their reward program. We walked in with a cooler expecting to walk out with two pints of ice cream. Instead we walked out with 6. The level of guest service far exceeded my expectations and you can hear the pride in the explanation from not just the owner who we got to meet but each associate we’ve met as well. I highly recommend both local and tourists visit this creamery for a scoop of heaven! Thank you again and we will absolutely be back!

Izzy BRoma was our ice cream associate, very welcoming as soon as we arrived! Extremely helpful the entire time and was an absolute pleasure and help. We probably sampled 10 different ice creams and she was very kind throughout and even recommending flavors too!! Excellent job lady!! Thank you for your outstanding customer service

Coley JOmggggggg so happy I found this!!!! The flavors and options?! AMAZING!! Visited from PA and wanted to try new ice cream in the area. I got chocolate cookie dough mixed with gator tracks and sprinkles only $6.50!! Customer service was great as well! Definitely a forever favorite now

Courtney BoydAbsolutely amazing. Best ice cream I've ever had. We went twice in as many days. Had to take the kids to try it. We all ordered different flavors and items and everything was more wonderful than we anticipated. Both times I mentioned to get pics of our ice cream...... only pic I got was about 3/4 of the way through my Summer Dream mini. Still worth a post.
