Leslie PowellToday I decided to branch out and try this butcher. I walked in and instantly noticed it smelled delish and the place was CLEAN CLEAN. The manager Hayley took the time to show me around and answer ALL my questions. The selection is huge, they have over 150 flavors of sausage! 🤯 They carry a massive selection of sugar free seasonings and rubs. Tons of chicken. Big wings! Lots of frozen fish and gator. Plenty of bacon. There is a lot of everything on top of the amazing beef selection. I tried out the filet. I got 5. I seasoned them with their SPG. Grilled medium rare. This is the best filet I have purchased in Hernando county and definately rivals the big high end Tampa beef. I was very suprised at how tender and flavorful the cut was. I will be getting these filets on a weekly basis. I also got the marinaded thighs, brisket sausage, pork butts and picanha. Will try them later and post pictures! All in all this place is well worth the drive. The employees are very knowledgable and friendly on top maintaining excellent quality and cleanliness. This butcher is a gem and more people need to take the trip to try them out! Worth it! PS they have full beef, pig and chicken packages too!

Thomas BednarczykI have followed them for a while and was in the area and gave them a try. Walked in and it smelled great and it was super clean. They help me pick out a Ribeye Est 8 Angus. Put it on the grill salt and pepper and that was better than any prime steak I've had. Put them on your list as your go to butcher shop.
