SteveI recently purchased an xlab gt8 from crankworks. I visited the store multiple times thinking it over. Mark and Michael were very helpful and I never felt pressured. In fact mark pointed out a couple of specs that he salted to be sure I understood. After purchasing they were great about converting to tubeless qnd taking the time to setup the bike and ensure I had what I needed. So glad I found this shop to purchase an xlab. I highly recommend Crankworks. They are in this for the long run and customer service.

William Bensonover-all happy with the bike. not happy with the customer service. every time i talked to somebody got different answer. I needed the bike for a trip out of state and got run around for 4 days. Was told that there was no tech to get the bike together. and when i got there. There was 2 guys building bikes. i bought the bike online and shipped there, that seemed to have been the issue, that me and my friend could tell from the feeling the staff gave us. I got handed the bike no set up for me, no going over anything just handed the bike knowing i was going straight to mountain trails, and things were loose that i have to correct before i could ride safety once i got there. I have gone back to the store for other things(helment and other bike parts) and customer service was mmmmhhhh at best. i read the reviews and it appears i didnt the glowing customer service when I have been in the store. Would i recommend shopping here yes. prices are ok and local to where i ride. but the over the top glowing reviews set the wrong expectations. Did I wait to poat yes. Was hoping I would change my mind. The products I have gotten from them are great.
