Anthony IngemiLarry was great. We brought in a pair of suede shoes that were way too tight. Larry stretched them and they now fit perfectly. He was very patient with me as the first time we went in, they were still a bit tight but after the second stretching, they were great. Thank you Larry!

JWThe absolute best customer service! This man knows his stuff too! I wear a weird size boot and he was able to help me find the best pair for my feet and get them specially ordered there was no extra service fee for having to order them they are the nicest most kindest people around. Lisa YountVery happy customer! Stopped on my lunch break to get the rubber tips replaced on a pair of fairly inexpensive heels, and they did the work right then, at a very reasonable price. Just a 15 minute wait and I was on my way with a pair of shoes I can wear again! Both people there (father and daughter) were super friendly and interacted very positively with me and the other customers who came in. You don’t find people with these kind of skills around much anymore. I highly recommend this business!

LindseyDropped off a 15 YO pair of boots, well loved with many miles. The soles had started to separate from them and Larry did a fantastic job of sewing them back in place. These boots aren’t new by any means, but that is why they are loved and thanks to Larry they will see many more miles.
