To highlight Brooksville's role in protecting the nearly 18-million-acre Corridor, award-winning artist, Justin Alsedek, created the largest mural in the history of Brooksville on the walls of City Hall, The mural highlights local flora and fauna, from the more recognized Florida Brown Bear the the endangered Brooksville Bellflower, which is endemic only to Hernando County. Justin was assisted by Hernando County-based artist, Jesse Kasabian.
