Shasta FisherMy husband and I do date nights once a week. This was our first time at La Signature. What an amazing experience. From the atmosphere, the food and especially the owners. We will most certainly be back. My husband and I go to Jamaica once a year on mission trips. Eating their jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains was just like being in Highgate, St Mary’s. And the cheesecake!!! So good! We love to support local businesses. Especially, God loving people. God bless!

Hannah M-SI just found this place today, and WOW! I had curry goat and it did not disappoint. The best part is the many different flavors of cheesecakes that are available. I had pistachios and it was 10/12 frfr top tier! Run there now!

Chris and TanyaWe finally made it to La Signature Cheesecake in Brooksville and WOW… this place absolutely lives up to the hype! The cheesecake is unbelievably creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. It’s not overly sweet—just smooth, decadent, and full of flavor in every bite. You can tell everything is made with real care and high-quality ingredients. The texture is flawless—velvety and melt-in-your-mouth good. Every flavor tastes homemade and crafted with passion, not mass-produced like you find in most places. The service was just as great as the cheesecake. Friendly, welcoming, and you can really feel the pride they take in what they do. If you’re anywhere near Brooksville and love cheesecake, do yourselves a favor and stop by. We can honestly say it’s some of the best cheesecake we’ve ever had. Brooksville is lucky to have this little gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

donald PennToday I came in and got four dinners to go. I got two of the garlic butter shrimp, one jerk shrimp and one curry goat. Everything was fantastic and the portions were very big. I highly recommend this to anybody passing through Brooksville. Or maybe you're looking for somewhere you haven't tried yet. Well worth the trip.

D GoldingThe ambience was nice. A romantic atmosphere as the lighting was not overly bright. We were the only couple there a little after lunch time. Service was good and the wait was not long. The menu choices were limited and focused only on Jamaican food. We had Jerk chicken with rice and beans, and a sort of stir fried cabbage, and fried plantain. Gave the Jerk chicken a 3 out 5 ratings because it's not authentic. The Jerk was disappointing. Desserts had several flavors of nicely decorated Cheesecakes, Carrot cakes, I think a few other types of cakes plus cookies. Ratings for Cheesecake 2/5... No taste of cream cheese!
