We had a wonderful meal at Bonefish Grill! As first-time guests, we were truly blown away by the exceptional customer service, delicious food, and overall experience. The manager, Kurtis, was incredibly attentive and kind, and our server, Dwayne, was just as friendly and attentive throughout our meal. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their guests and the experience they provide. We had such a great time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! ❤️
Aug 10, 2026 · Google ReviewWe had an early dinner at Bonefish Grill in Weeki Wachee recently to celebrate a family milestone. In order to avoid crowds, we arrived at 3:30 PM on a Saturday and were greeted and seated promptly by a lovely hostess, whose name I unfortunately did not get. Two of our party have mobility issues and the hostess graciously took our walker and kept it out of the way behind the hostess stand. This thoughtfulness was highly appreciated. Our server for this visit was Brittany. Bread with oil and our initial drinks were brought promptly. After taking a while reviewing the menu and deciding not to get any appetizers for the table we placed our order. Guest 1 got the cod imperial with crispy cauliflower and broccoli. Guest 2 also got the cod imperial with truffle fries and Kung Pao brussel sprouts. Guest 3 got shrimp tacos (without lettuce) and cole slaw. Guest 4 started with a cup of corn chowder and lump crab soup and decided on scallops and shrimp scampi pasta for their entree. It seemed to take a while for the meals to arrive but that was fine as we were in no real hurry. We each received refills of empty drinks while we waited. Everything eventually arrived as ordered, which was a good thing because Tiffany seemed to disappear for a while before returning to check if everything was okay and to refill our drinks. As for the good, Guest 1 enjoyed their cod, nice and flaky white fish well stuffed with other seafood. The crispy cauliflower was quite tasty with the Asian sauce over some shredded cabbage. One particular piece of cauliflower was basically the size of a baseball. The broccoli was a surprise, as it arrived raw and uncooked. The guest assumed it would be steamed or prepared in some way. Guest 2 also enjoyed their meal, although they found the truffle fries a bit on the salty side. Guest 3 pronounced their tacos and cole slaw "damn good", so there isn't much more I can add to that. Guest 4 also greatly enjoyed both their soup and pasta. They were quite pleased with the portion size of both, also. They took home some pasta leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Also, everyone openly commented on the generosity in the sizes of the side dishes. We decided after our meals that no one wanted dessert, and others had leftovers so we asked Brittany for some boxes. These were brought right away, but without a bag to put it all in (which we asked for and got later). The check was delivered, and we waited what seemed to be an extended period of time both for Brittany to take our card and again to return it. So it sounds like everyone went okay, why score this a 3 instead of a 5? Honestly, if Google let us do half stars this would have been more of a 3.5. Even though it is a chain rsataurant, I still kind of consider Bonefish Grill a bit more upscale establishment (with pricing to match) so have an expectation for a little bit more elevated experience. It was here where this particular visit to Bonefish Grill fell short for me. The food was generally very good (despite the uncooked broccoli, which really could have just been a wrong assumption by the guest) but the service was just a little off.
Aug 9, 2026 · Google ReviewThis is my first time at the Bonefish in Spring Hill. Now I am a frequent patron of Bloomin' brands in America, especially Flemings. For years we have visited Bonefish Grill in different states and weekly in Tampa, Fl. Especially during covid pandemic. My favourite part has always ordering a blackberry iced tea, made with fresh muddled blackberries and topped with a garnish of mint. It has been my go to for years. So much so, that I raved about it to my business associated of who we drove an extra 27 minutes just to visit this particular Bonefish Grill. To my dismay, I was made aware by our wonderful waitress and server, Cayley(forgive my spelling). She made me aware that corporate does not allow3d mixed iced tea drinks and it goes against corporate policy. She stated thr manager was there and they wouldn't approve. So my message and question to you Miss Nicki Lawter is, since when and why? What could possible be the reason that a corporate employee had the audacity to take away something so special and unique to Bonefish grill, which survived covid but did not survive the aftermath of boring and simple iced tea. With thus policy, it seems as if an Arnold Palmer would be considered illegal. Whatever the case be, I advise you take steps to rectify the situation. Outside of our iced tea ordeal, we received the wrong sides with the OMG meal but my business associates did not feel the need to complain. The food was good, service was great, even though it was a rad bit slow because she was training. But we are patient men, so I pray Bonefish will be patient with our discrepancies. Keep up the good work and bring back our blackberry iced teas please.
Aug 3, 2026 · Google ReviewGood decent food. Decent presentation. Great selection of wine by the glass! Salmon was slightly overcooked and dried out a bit. It has good flavors to it, just execution lacked. The drunken coconut dessert was fantastic! Highly recommend. All in all, I think it's slightly overrated for it's price.
Jul 29, 2026 · Google ReviewWent for the happy hour specials on Friday evening, which were very good, and stayed for dinner. Went to the bar and we had spotty service even though there were two bartenders. Had a couple of margaritas and an appetizer of fried cauliflower which was excellent. I had Cod Imperial and my partner had the Fontina Pork chop. Main entrees were 4/5 stars but we both had broccoli and it was raw which threw off the whole meal for both of us. We plan to go back and give them another try, hopefully the broccoli is better next time.
Jul 27, 2026 · Google ReviewSuch delicious food here it's shameful, Fish n chips my favorite but everything I tried was succulent. Sunday around 6 or 7 was perfect, you just gotta try, you will be happy with all aspects of restaurant life. A return, yesterday Friday the 25th simply because my last visit, complete opposite experience, the waitress forgetting drinks, the bang bang shrimp was off, ready for a colonoscopy was my wife, my pork chop was raw despite asking for well done, the brussel sprouts not cooked but were burnt, couldn’t eat them either, cheese cake was nice, shan’t return.
Jul 26, 2026 · Google ReviewCasey was a great waitress very funny good sense of humor great customer service and and help me with my pics of dinner thanks Casey you're awesome
Jul 19, 2026 · Google ReviewUsually a solid spot whether for a weekend brunch or a dinner but the kitchen was off last night. The smoked old fashioned was good, server was great, but the Chilean seabass was not. The broccoli was undercooked and the rice was dry (unless I used the sauce that was on the seabass). The seabass was also cold in the middle. There was a couple a couple of tables away that sent theirs back but for me I just cut my losses and told the server it wasn't very good tonight. The picture attached was also as it came out to the table before I touched anything on it just for a point of reference. 2 smoked old fashioneds, a cup of soup, and Chilean seabass over 100 bucks after tip, not a great night
