Stefani ThreadgillMy 2 and 4 year old started at watermelon swim brooksville location in August. They are now in level 4 and level 6 in just six months! My 4 year old is learning back strokes , front strokes and able to swim across the pool with breathing techniques. He can also tread water for 30 seconds. The instructors have been so great with my boys. Ms Naya, Ms Danielle, Ms Dani and Ms Nicole have been amazing. They make it so easy for my boys to learn. I would recommend anyone with littles who need lessons to attend.

Lindsey SpeakmanWe have loved our experience at Watermelon Swim! This is our first baby so I love that we have the option to do the parent tot classes and be in the pool with him. Mr. Patrick is amazing & has went above and beyond to help get our son comfortable in class & with the student/instructor relationship. The group classes are fun & educational and I really enjoy learning the skills to practice outside of lessons. My sons is 19 months old and learning submersions, breath control, getting the wall & climbing out, floating & rolling over. I highly recommend Watermelon Swim if you’re looking to get your kiddo in lessons!

Maite CrespoWatermelon Swim in Brooksville has been essential for my daughter who has struggled to feel comfortable and safe in the water. I was looking for a place that my daughter could have classes all year long without the constant Florida bad weather causing cancellations and I love that watermelon swim is indoors and warm and we never have to worry about an interruption in her learning. I cannot say enough good things about her teacher Ms. Danielle. My daughter has been very scared and very anxious about her face being under water. I needed someone who could help her manage her fears while building up her confidence. Since day 1 Ms. Danielle has been working on gaining Isabela’s trust and making her feel seen and heard with her anxieties and fears. Not once has my daughter felt uncomfortable or scared with Ms. Danielle. Slowly but surely Ms. Danielle has built her confidence in the water and in her skills. She never forced her to stick her heard under water and allowed Isabela to want to do it on her. I can not thank Danielle enough for really building up my daughter and helping her feel comfortable and confident, as a mother, it’s important to have instructors/teachers who are willing to step out of the box and really individualize instruction to help a child who really needs a different type of instruction. I can never thank Danielle enough for being that amazing instructor who built my daughter’s confidence and love to swim. It has taken a few months, but Isabela is now confident enough to jump into the pool, something I never thought I would see. But it was all due to Ms. Danielle’s patience and love of her students that really allowed Isabela to find her own strength and believe she could do it on her own time! I am so grateful to all the wonderful instructors who have helped Isabela and who have cheered for her endlessly when she was brave to showcase a new skill. What an amazing character building and confidence building place for a child. Thank you Ms. Danielle and all the wonderful people and watermelon swim Brooksville! You have definitely made a huge mark in our hearts!

Jackalynne BurnsWe’ve had such a wonderful experience at Watermelon Swim in Brooksville! The swim instructors — Mrs. Brittney, Mrs. Danielle, Mrs. Dani, and Mrs. Kaitlin — are incredibly patient, kind, and skilled at meeting children where they are. Our daughter had a very difficult time putting her face underwater, and the team worked with her slowly and thoughtfully, desensitizing her at her own pace. Because of their encouragement and supportive approach, she’s been blossoming ever since and growing more confident each lesson. The manager, Mr. Patrick, is always pleasant, approachable, and willing to help anyone in need. He consistently steps in when instructors are absent to make sure all the kids still receive their lessons, which really shows his dedication to the families and program. The facility is beautiful, very clean, and welcoming. We highly recommend Watermelon Swim Brooksville to any family looking for patient, professional, and compassionate swim instruction!

Grace HengesbachWe love Watermelon Swim! The instructors are well trained, fun, and patient with students. We have taken lessons with nearly every instructor over the last year and love them all. Ms. Brittany is especially wonderful for little ones with big fears. The front desk offers many scheduling options for busy lives. The facility in Brooksville is always spotless.
