Yahaira FuentesExcellent place to get a healthy and low carb shake. It’s a family owned place with lots of healthy options. They offer free workouts for the community and some family oriented activities. I really enjoy their teas; my favorite is the Bahama Mama or Skittles. On Fridays they offer parfaits, such an alternative for a dessert.

Griselle MarteWow not enough space to truly express how much I love this location! Not only are the shakes and teas filled with nutrients and energy but customer service is truly top notch! The family friendly location is what makes the community better. Not only do they shine light on local businesses they also shine light on your family! Making everyone feel welcome. Find children reading in the corner or drinking a shake! Moms joining in conversations while the dads catch up as well. Perfect place to enjoy a nice meal. They have a new shake and tea every week! Not to Mention Waffles and parfaits ! Follow them on Facebook to keep up with their local community events! It was my birthday and this shake was made special for me 🙂

Michele Dodson*AMAZING* So I have NEVER tried anything Herbalife before, not gonna lie, I've always been a little skeptical and I'm really not into nutrition and eating/drinking healthy as much as I probably should be. Even though I really do enjoy working out. However, I've been wanting to see what all the hype is about with these teas. I'm glad I did. It is amazing. It tastes just like a bomb pop. I'll definitely be back to try another flavor. Let me just add as well that the owners are incredibly helpful and really nice. They answered all my questions on all the flavors they had and were able to gove me information on all their products.
