Erika HerzekSo I can here last time with Kamora-li and we had to amend our review. Malcom was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the specials and very attentive. It was a much different experience. Malcom is the definition of a perfect server. We had snow crab with a side of lemon pepper, popcorn shrimp, Coleslaw, and hush puppies. The meal was very filling and we had an excellent meal. Kamora-li and I will definitely be coming back and bringing more of our friends.

GabbieWe weren’t for our anniversary dinner. We had a great experience overall. Let’s start with the service Malcolm went above and beyond. He was friendly, attentive, and constantly checking on us throughout our meal. We never had to ask for anything because he was always one step ahead and made sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find and definitely made our visit enjoyable. For dinner, we ordered the Ultimate Feast, and overall the food was very good. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the lobster was a little lacking. It could have used a bit more seasoning, and a meatier lobster tail would have been nice. I was also disappointed that the mussels appetizer was unavailable, as that’s one of my favorites. Another letdown was finding out that the large piña colada served in the bowl with the extra shot and signature float is no longer on the menu. That used to be a special treat we always looked forward to. Despite those minor disappointments, the food was good and Malcolm’s outstanding service made the experience worthwhile. We will definitely be back.

CSJCCREATIONS LizThe best of the best, I never get enough of them! I have been holding back on Restaurants since I've had surgery, but uff this one takes the cake!!! Red Lobster has no explanation from the hostess to server Steve all was amazing!!! The food is absolutely chef kiss! P.S. Steve asked of we needed any special arrangements to our dinner like allergies that was amazing great job Steve, he did come around a few times to check in on us! Will go back Again as I always do!
