The rooms are fairly small, which is expected from the Microtel brand, and some areas could benefit from updating and more careful maintenance. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, although attention to details such as carpeting, bathrooms, and common areas could be improved. Cathy HI had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at this hotel. They were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful during a very stressful time for our family. My elderly mother in law needed a room while she was at the hospital with a family member who was in the ICU, and the staff went above and beyond to help us get everything arranged. They patiently worked with us to reserve the room and made the process of completing the credit card authorization over the phone simple and easy. Knowing that my mother in law had a comfortable place to stay nearby gave us one less thing to worry about during an already difficult situation. We truly appreciate the compassion, professionalism, and excellent customer service shown by the front desk staff. It meant more to our family than they probably realize. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on the wonderful way we were treated.
