Talk about a diamond! We stopped here and got a burger and wow home made thick and flavorful. The Mac n cheese was to die for creamy and finished in the broiler. My dad had the chicken salad special with hot honey and cleared his plate. I love finding places like this that aren’t chain places

The very first thing you notice is that the place called green door does not in fact have a green door… I believe they’re missing a signature touch and a missed opportunity that while is obvious I believe it’s something people would expect. I had the pleasure of having lunch here and I was not disappointed. I consider myself somewhat of a foodie and a restaurant snob. This establishment knocks it out of the park. Hands down best Étouffée I’ve enjoyed outside of Louisiana. The menus has zero, everything we ordered was beyond expectations. Front of house staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Back of house staff is an excellent companion focusing on high quality food. The chef is very talented. Small town vibe being in the middle of downtown brooksville this is a diamond in the rough. Don’t walk, run to this place. Well worth the trip.
