Angela AronMy husband had been craving a great tasting veal parmigiana sandwich. We decided on Gigis. We stopped by today for that sandwich as well as a sausage and peppers sandwich. Good to know: If you are craving an eggplant parmigiana sandwich, like I was, please note that the owner, Carmine, only makes these as an individualized special order and you must call the day before so that you are ensured the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Now onto the review of the veal parmigiana sandwich: first, this sandwich is huge and stuffed! It is made using fresh veal cutlet and not the chopped breaded version that you may have experienced at other establishments. The red marinara sauce was perfect, very smooth. The mozzarella cheese is the best, it is not a blend of cheeses, just excellent mozzarella. The roll was toasted just right, not too crispy. Husband was very happy with the sandwich and will order again. The sausage and peppers sandwich was huge, stuffed and very tasty. The sweet pork sausage is high quality, when you bite into it has a nice meaty texture and not fatty and you can actually taste the fennel seeds. The red and green peppers and onions are fresh. The marinara is very good. The roll was toasted perfectly. I would order again Overall, we were very happy with our dining choice and in our opinion all of the great reviews are justified! We are looking forward to trying other menu options, especially the pizza.

LAND ROVERSo let me tell you about gigi's pizza and the owner carmine!!!! Let's talk about the customer service with the young lady named Alyssa and the owner and N. Pizza pie extraordinaire Carmine, both of these people have great customer service, very engaging. He is from Bronx, New York, and what a down-to-earth guy? He is we watched him make the dough from scratch. Make the whole Pizza piece by piece made with love extra toppings. Incredible good guy, we spoke with the young lady. Alyssa up front as we waited our 15 minutes for our pie. To be made or cooked. She was great at 19 years old. A very outgoing young lady with a bright future. Ahead of her back to Carmine... He explained to me where he came from out of New York. Explain to me the different restaurants. He had in Tampa and Newport Richie, and then he settled here in spring hill. What a great establishment first I wanna say they are the top rated Pizza restaurant anywhere where within 30 miles, so I would highly recommend getting your pie from this location. It is incredible and the customer service is great car mine. I want to personally say you just made my day with the Pizza. In all the extras, I'm hearing a true lifesaver I needed this in my life. Thank you again. We will be back again and again. 5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars again. Thanks again, guys. We will be back

Rando GrenadoGreat freaking pizza! He makes everything in house! Sause is perfectly seasoned and not acidic. The cheese is beautiful. Great amount of toppings. The owner, Carmine, is a great talk too. Just a perfect place putting out great food!

My pizza was amazing I had mushroom spinach and that was it and it was packed with ricotta tons of mushrooms which is a rarity, light Krispy crunch just one of the best pizzas I've had for eons. It's pick up only You don't go there for the atmosphere unless you want to smell delicious food cooking Carmine the owner and the cashier girl were happy healthful and personable. This place is almost 3 hours away from me and I would drive just for the pizza

Steve RI had gigis for the first time and i was impressed. Its definitely the best pizza in spring hill. You have to ask for well done to get that crisp. The taste was amazing and the crisp on the crust was great. Id give it a solid 7.9 on the one bite review and thats really good. If they just thin out the pie a little more it would definitely be in the 8's. The pie was a little tough to bite but the flavor was great and the crunch on the crust was as good as it gets. Just the look of the pie is a work of art. Well done!
