Stormy DicksonSteamed pork dumplings have a thin skin. They’re filled solid with a juicy pork filling. Chicken Lo mein has a good savory flavor. It’s not sweet and doesn’t have the raw garlic flavor that a lot of places have. Moo shu has fresh shredded pork but it has very little pork compared to cabbage and no black mushrooms. They add so much to the dish. It’s also overly salty and sweet. No need to order that again. Singapore chow mei fun is really good. It’s a little more than a mild spice. There’s a good amount of moist white meat chicken, decent size shrimp, and roast pork. The owners will adjust to your needs when possible, understandably with an up charge depending on the request. I’m leaving a five star review, not because it’s the best Chinese I’ve ever had. For my tastes, compared to every other Chinese place in Spring Hill, It’s the best

Grace SearingI ordered the honey chicken, but what I received was very disappointing. The chicken was dry and plain, not glazed at all, and came with a separate container of sauce on the side. The sauce was extremely watered down, with no savory elements like soy sauce or any seasoning—just a thin, overly sweet, yellowish liquid that didn't resemble proper honey chicken sauce. The color and consistency of the dipping sauce alone made it obvious something was off. Overall, it lacked the sticky, flavorful glaze I expected from honey chicken. Unfortunately, this did not meet the standard for this dish. I won't be ordering it again.

A HPossibly THE BEST fried rice I’ve had since moving from NYC. I have been ordering food for about 3 months now. 1. Orange Beef is excellent 2. Pork Egg Rolls are excellent 3. Shrimp and Chicken Lo Mein = excellent 4. Fried Dumplings AWESOME I could go on but it’s all been delicious and fresh on each occasion.

Lo coI recently had the most incredible beef fried rice at China 1. They truly exceeded my expectations and made it exactly how I wanted it. I had no qualms about paying for substitutions and extra meat. I requested extra beef, scallions, eggs, and bean sprouts only and they delivered an exceptional dish. The beef on a stick was incredibly tender and flavorful. Definitely recommend them. !!!!
