DavidI had the Pick 3 at Chili’s in Spring Hill while sitting at the bar during what was apparently one of the busiest Saturday lunches they’ve had in quite a while. Even with how packed the restaurant was, the bartender handled everything incredibly well and never missed a beat. My food came out fast, hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. What impressed me the most was the teamwork from the entire staff. Everyone worked together seamlessly, stayed positive under pressure, and kept smiling and being friendly the entire time. You truly don’t see that level of teamwork and professionalism very often anymore. Huge compliments to the bartender, kitchen staff, and the whole team for making such a busy day still feel welcoming and enjoyable. Chili’s Spring Hill should be proud of the crew they had working that afternoon!

Madison TriolaI had such an amazing experience at this. Chili’s my server. BONNIE was absolutely amazing and the best server I’ve ever had. She was so sweet and kind and so attentive. She also makes the best Shirley Temples ever Excellent service always had our drinks refilled Everyone in there was so kind and the atmosphere was amazing. Thank you.😊

Paola RamírezAverage experience! We ordered nachos and the chips tasted stale. I ordered a mango iced tea and they told me the machine was broken and I should order another drink. The service was average, the cleanliness was average, and the food was generic.

KaylBest services we’ve had in years!!! So good, I had to write a Google review. Thank you to Maddie and Deion, and even the woman who sat us. Refills were out before we had to ask, food was SO quick, fresh and delicious. Service was great, restaurant was clean, and food was soooooo hot and yummy!

Jonathan Barker4 stars due to mixed experiences at this location. Tonight the food was good, tables were nice and clean and our server was nice. Service was a little slow and some items were forgotten about for longer than they should have. Dessert was good but tasted a little over cooked and they went way overboard with the chocolate syrup. We like a little dessert with our chocolate syrup, definitely over powering. I have had visits at this location where the service was fast and polite so I can't drop anymore stars off. Just expect that every visit won't give the same experience every time. All in all you will get a good meal and any staff that has served me has always been mannered and polite.
