Wir waren am 4.5. um 9 Uhr morgens da und hätten theoretisch das Kayak bis 17 Uhr leihen können. Super Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis und alle waren sehr nett. Um diese Uhrzeit waren wir so gut wie alleine auf dem Fluss und es war sehr idyllisch und ein tolles Erlebnis. Unser Highlight war der Manatee, der gegen Ende unserer Tour 5 Minuten lang direkt neben unserem Kayak schwamm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I like that you can reserve online and not have to call in to reserve. The staff at the office were very courteous and helpful. The staff at the launch site was also very courteous and helpful. Shawn at the launch site was very nice, he eased us into the water as the ramp has rollers to help with this process and he was ready and waiting upon our return to pull us up onto the ramp. The price you see online is good not for 4hrs but from the time you get there and as long as you bring it back by closing time. 9am - 5pm hrs of operation. We were done after 4hrs of adventure which was plenty long enough as we were getting hungry lol. We only brought water to drink and sun lotion....... sun lotion is highly recommended. My group saw manatee, fish, birds, cool places setup along the route and was very relaxing. I recommend the earlier the better to start as it was mostly just us but by noon it was getting pretty busy on the stream. everyone on the stream was polite and just enjoying

We will not use their services again. Giving 3 stars because the guys launching where really cool . We booked assuming they had a shuttle from the office on Cortez ... they did not so we ended up having to take an uber there to get a post it note w our name on it and then take another uber to the launch place . Kayaks where ok but the single ones where really short ... Also they do not have enough dry-bags. The river was busy at 10 am and getting busier as the day went on ... Beautiful and fun .
