steve feilingerSteak ’n Shake was an outstanding surprise! The food was fresh, the burgers were excellent, and the value for the money is hard to beat. I was initially a little put off by the option to add a tip at what I considered a fast-food restaurant, but after experiencing the level of service, I honestly felt like I should have tipped more. Ben was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. He personally delivered our shakes, checked on us, and genuinely seemed concerned about our satisfaction. That kind of customer service is rare these days and made a lasting impression. The shakes were exceptional—thick, delicious, and served in classic old-school tall glasses that added a nostalgic touch to the experience. After this visit, I may have to scrap the other burger joints from my rotation and start eating here more often. Great food, outstanding service, and fantastic value. Highly recommended!

Steven PhayreI just love this place. Burgers are almost as good as five guys for the price of one of the guys :-). Their fries are some of the best ever. The best part is my order is always complete and correct. There is an employee, I think his name is Ben, he is just awesome. A good guy always looking to help you out if needed.

laurie tomFantastic meal. Have not been to a SnS in 10 years or so. It has only gotten better which is the opposite of what we normally experience at chains. The kiosk ordering is not as much fun as having a server, but the young man working the floor was attentive and friendly. The price was reasonable compared to other fast food and the burger, FF and shake were much better than most bar and grills. Very clean. We'll be back.
